Tap on the Add Post button. (in the bottom center or in left menu in iPad)
Select Gallery option to upload from device, or Camera option to capture new Photo or Video.

To upload a photo from your phone's library, simply select the desired photo/video and adjust according to your liking in preview. Tap Next after selecting your Photo/Video.

To capture new photo, you'll be presented with camera, switch to photo or video according what you desire to capture. Once you're happy with the result click Use Photo.
On next screen you can add a filter on the image, or leave it as original. Tap Next ****again.
Add a caption and select related topics by tapping Add Topics. (optional)
When you're done, tap Done ****to share the post.
